The goldfish brand belonged to the Yiguang Group in 1978 originally. Under the corporate mission of “Innovative Urban Industry, Creating a Beautiful Life”, and philosophy of “providing wholeheartedly service for People”, tissue is the first product that entering the goldfish brand . The market was followed by people and became a symbol of high-quality life.

In July 1978, the Goldfish brand introduced the first roll paper, pink recycled pulp paper, by using advanced recycled pulp technology. The product is soft,  comfortable, natural, and odourless, with good toughness and no paper scraps. Therefore, it is suitable for all ages.

The image of the big tail goldfish, well knowned by everyone, has also appeared on the product packaging.

In December 1980, China produced the first 100% pure native wood pulp paper. The product is double-layered, flexible, and tough enough to prevent break.  At the same time, the goldfish brand introduced the concept of environmental health.

In May 1982, Beijing was shocked by the “fish tide”. At that time, there were few shopping malls. The vendors pushed tricycles with full of goldfish tissues, and walked along the major Hutongs, sipping and selling. The goldfish brand was called distinguished " fishtide" .

In 1987, the 5th World Badminton Championships was held in Beijing. The goldfish brand became a sponsor of the cleaning products industry, cheering for Chinese athletes and launching the first sports paper handkerchief. Finally, the goldfish brand pushed the national sports to the whole country.

In 1989, the goldfish brand was awarded of good quality products in the Ministry of light industry, because of good reputation, high quality, and sales revenue. The original wood pulp family pack has become favorite cleaning products for Chinese this year.

From 2007 to 2010, the goldfish brand won the famous Beijing trademark, and successfully entered the Southeast Asian market, which creating plenty of exchange income for Beijing.
